What happens to the information you share with me here. In plain language, because you should not need a lawyer to understand what a website does with your name.
The short version. This site offers IFS and coaching, not healthcare. I collect what you send me through a form and nothing else. The site itself sets no cookies and has no tracking, and I do not ask for health information. Two pages show a player or booking calendar from another company, and those can set their own cookies (details below). I never sell your information, I delete enquiries that do not turn into work together within twelve months, and you can ask me at any time to show you what I hold or to delete it.

This policy follows the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Italian data protection law, and I apply it to everyone, wherever you are. Where the law where you live gives you stronger rights, those rights stand. Reach me about anything on this page through the contact form. I answer within thirty days.

Several of these companies are based in the United States, and so is Anna, who receives the Sacred Circles waitlist. When your information goes there, I rely on the safeguards the GDPR requires for transfers outside the European Union, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Nobody else receives it. I do not sell it and I do not use it for advertising. The one exception is a legal obligation I cannot refuse, and I would tell you unless I were prevented from doing so.
This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics, advertising pixels, or session recording.
Two pages show content from other companies. The contact page shows a Calendly booking calendar, and the SARAY page shows a Spotify player. When those load, Calendly or Spotify can set their own cookies and receive your IP address, under their privacy policies linked above. The rest of the site does not load them.
Since the site itself does not track you, a Do Not Track signal from your browser changes nothing here. If I add analytics later, this section will say what it measures and the date below will change before it starts.
Under the GDPR you can ask me what I hold about you, ask for a copy, ask me to correct it, ask me to delete it, ask me to limit or stop using it, object to certain uses, receive your information in a portable form, and withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not undo what was already done while it was given.
You can also complain to a data protection authority. In Italy that is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, or you can go to the authority where you live. If you are in the United Kingdom, the UK GDPR gives you the same rights. If you are anywhere else in the world, I give you these rights anyway.
Ask through the contact form. Nothing to justify, no form to fill in.
This site is served over an encrypted connection, and the services above hold information in accounts protected by strong unique passwords and two factor authentication where it is offered. No system is perfect. If something ever happened to information of yours, I would tell you promptly, and I would notify the Garante where the law requires it.
This work is for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen. If you believe a child has sent me something, tell me through the contact form and I will delete it.
This site links out to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, Substack, Linktree, Samply, WhatsApp, Redbubble, Stripe, PayPal, Calendly, and the websites of the communities and people I work with. Once you follow a link you are on their site, under their privacy policy rather than this one.
If any of this changes in a way that matters, I will update this page and change the date below before the change takes effect. There is no separate notice, so the date is how you can tell.
